One of the top denomination of this 1946 post-war series, and a genuinely handsome one. The front depicts a tranquil landscape scene with a pond and fountain set against distant hills, all rendered in warm tones.

High denomination notes from this era rarely survive in great numbers, and this one is no exception. PMG has certified only 28 copies at this Very Fine 30 grade, with 101 in higher grades. That's a fairly tight population for a note of this significance.

Pick# 94 | 1946 | Printer: JEZ
Serial Number: USS 060663
PMG 30 - Very Fine, certified and slabbed

This denomination of the series is genuinely scarce, and a fitting centerpiece for a Netherlands Indies collection.
